1 bunch spinach [approx 4-5 cups]
1 med tomato, quartered,
1/2 med onion
1/4 c fresh dill -[ only use 1/8 c]
1 avocado
1 cup soaked pine nuts
1/2 lime, juices [ use the whole thing]
1 tbs Nama Shoyu
Add cayenne powder and 1/2 garlic clove
Put all ingredients into a food processor and, using the ‘s’ blade, process until smooth.
Serves 4 – can keep for 2 days
