On a juice fast you can just keep going till you are at the weight you want. I heard a guy did 3 years on a juice fast and I did 3 fasts over 30 day in a summer. So I believe you could live on cantaloupe juice. There are some reports stating it has the highest nutrition per calories of all fruits.

Today begins my 22nd day of water & juice fasting while working f/t at a hospital. My job involves alot of walking to do electrocardiograms. Yesterday I weighed in at 250 pounds. I’m using cantaloupe juice and I feel terrific. Can I safely go for 40, 50, or even 60 days on this ? And still successfully re-awaken my digestive system ? If I continue through 40, how long should I resume eating before beginning again, till I’m no longer overweight ?
