I am a 23 year old male, 5’10 and about 150lbs. I am currently on day 3 of a water fast. I read your story and it reminds me of myself…anyhow I recieved a great job offer and have decided to stop smoking pot (it is at a power plant definitely getting a UA). I have been a heavy smoker for about 6 years. How long do you think it will be until I am safe for a UA? FYI I don’t plan on starting that habit again.

As I am on meds for my aliments, should I stop taking them when I start my fast?
