Morning and afternoon I did fine, but for dinner I ate mashed potatoes with my family and I drank beer. Dang it! I wasn't even hungry and it wasn't worth it. I feel horrible this morning. Anyway today I am back on track. Question: Should I be taking a probiotic during a juice fast? Day 3:

I am not sure if this is okay to have while doing a juice fast--it is "clean." Non-dairy Later today I had a few slices of avacado. I didn't feel like I was really getting hungry until around 3pm. Instead of acting on my urges, I took a moment to think about what exactly I was feeling. After reading many, many books to prepare for this, I have come to the understanding that what I have been interpretating as hungry was false. This realization is a huge step for me. I ignored it and had some water. Today's juices include: 1. apples and carrots 2. apple, carrot, cererly, cucumber and kale (This juice looked terrible. It probably wasn't the best mixture, but some of the ingrediants were chosen only because they needed to be eated/juiced. It actually wasn't too terrible) I also had a diet pepsi this morning--my caffeine. This I am weaning off within the next few days. Thanks for reading. Day 1:
