  • Doing 30 days of Water Fasting. Starting July 24, 2011

  • Reasons for Fasting:
    The college school year is beginning soon, and I want to start off this semester feeling refreshed and invigorated. I feel like I am addicted to processed foods... that's all I crave! And as a result, the "freshman 15" is slowly creeping on, and I do not like it at all!

  • Past Fasting Experience:
    Several 3 day water fasts

  • Present Diet:
    I try to stick with raw fruits and vegetables, poultry, drinking only water, teas, and coffee. However, I always end up snacking on sweets (especially any kind of pastry), and I'm determined to break that addiction.

  • Supplements:
    A women's multivitamin (when I remember).

  • State of Mind:
    Very determined to follow through on this commitment and excited for the results!

  • Limitations:
