Thanks for the info on spirulina!
I first heard of spirulina when it was mentioned in some of your other fasting articles, but I didn’t think much about it. One day, though, I decided to try it to add extra nutrients to my diet. Boy was I surprised when it gave me so much more energy! But its a natural energetic feeling – not like a sugar rush, and there’s no crash, just a gentle landing.
