Sorry for my english. I lived in a cold place 80 kilometers from Mexico City. I changed to a more warmed place, Jalisco. But you know. New friends, new social life. I started to eat some unhealthy food again. Not too much, but enough to make some problems return. Somedays ago i had two kidney stones. I have a great tolerance to pain, but i wasnt expecting that kind of bleeding in my urine. Almost black. I was afraid so i want to get ride again of the stones, clean my body and try to feel the spiritual healing i read some people have after a long fasting. I want to heal my mind.
I am a "stone producer", kidneys, gallblader, etc. Some years ago i had to quit my job to reduce my stress levels and the social pressure to eat bad food. Nobody to blame, though, but me. My problems i had: back pain (cant drive), legs pain, urinary infection, itch all over my body. I went to the doctor and gave me steroids. This worked but one month later all started again. So I started a water fasting. No pain at all, only great hunger in the days two and four. I feel much better. After five days and a half i was cured at all. No itches, no pain, no nothing. I changed my diet.
1.77, 77kgs. I like to indulge myself weekends. Somekind of "reward" to have the will to eat healthy in the week. Some pizza, hamburguers or candys. not too much. Monday to Friday: a lot of garlic, lemons, some eggs, honey, oatmeal, coconuts. Fruits and vegetables.
Kidneys kind of weak.
That stones do a lot of damage because the back and legs pain returned.
I feel very confidant. I want to reach the "next" level: heal people.
I will start with four days of lemon, honey, ginger and cinnamon (this four ingredients helped me to clean my body of all stones in about one month), some coconut water. Water fasting beginning in day five. If the hunger is too much i will return to the lemons and coconut water.

You treatment ingredients are good. A 30 day juice fast is the best choice but I would buy a juicer. Fresh juice has amazing healing qualities. After you will need to cut out meats and any fried foods.

I’m on day 4 of lemonade fast (started 23/sept/10). I use maple syrup because I heard honey was toxic and could harm the body. I mix 300mls of maple syrup and fresh squeezed lemon juice in 4 to 5 litre of water with 1 to 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. I usually drink this over a period of 2 days along with plan water. I haven’t weighed myself yet but I started out at 224 lbs (20/sep/10) 5’ 9” and hope loss 50 lbs. I will be weighing in once a week so that I don’t frustrate myself. I hope to do 30 days- 10 lemonade, 5 days water, 2 days dry fast, 3 waters, 10 lemonade and from there fruits, veggies and nuts only for a month or more. Plan to break the fast with fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast and lunch followed by veggie broth for dinner. Then oj for b.fast , broth for lunch and veggie soap dinner. The following day back to solids (fruits, veggies and nuts).
Wish you all the best so far this is the only day I felt hungry. It’s also the only time I have when pass 3 days without eating. I drank 6oz of unsweetened sienna tea the night before I start followed by 1litre of water with 2 tsp pure sea salt first thing in the morning. It washed everything out and I felt lighter. Lol. I’m doing it to night again.

Day 2 starts: 75.5 kgs
Day 2 finished: =Day 1 + 2 fresh coconuts water (1.5 lts more or less). No stools. No hungry.
Day 3 starts: 74.8 kgs. My normal weight must be between 73-75kgs, so this loss weight dont must impress. Anyway, I want to reach 65-67 kgs. Of course, healing is my main point.
I am happy for you and healing is very important. Day 7 step on the scale for fun 216 lbs not bad. I can see you reaching your goal long before the 40 days are up. Just keep going. You are doing great.

I hope not, lol. Maybe I will need to make more days of juicy fasting. I’m expecting after reaching 72 kgs i will lost weight more slowly, because i had this weight steadly not long ago. My “record” is 69 kilos.

Day 5 starts. 73.9kgs. Today and tomorrow are a big tests. I had NEVER fasted in this days (reward days).

Juice 1: 5 lemons, olive oil spoon, some cinnamon, some ginger, honey spoon. All in warm water
Juice 2: water coconut, juice coconut.
Day 6 starts: 73.2 kgs. The coconuts juice remove all hunger yesterday. Still not hungry at all.
Day 6 finished
Juice 1: 2 lemons, 1 carrot, 1 cantaloupe, sea salt
Juice 2: 4 lemons, 4 garlic gloves, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 carrot, sea salt
Day 7 starts: 72.7 kgs
First week over
A lot of juices:I cannot remember the combinations, but ingredients are BIG pineapple (2 kilos), garlic, lemons, coconut water, celery and parsley.
Day 8 starts: 72.6 kgs Well. I’m in my normal weight, so the marginal weight loss. Maybe a water fasting in a few days.
Health. Pain in the back is over. The pain in the leg is barely feeled.
