Nancy : 12 days of Juice/Water Fasting

• Doing 12 days of Juice/Water Fasting. Starting December 14, 2010

• Reasons for Fasting:
  Weight loss- graduating from college and preparing for medical school has made me anxious and a tad depressed thus.. I have gained a few lbs. My skin has gotten pretty bad, I have almost constant fatigue, and mild insomnia.

• Past Fasting Experience:
  one week water fast; 3 day water fast

• Present Diet:
  vegan/vegetarian

• Present Medical Problems:
  none

• Limitations:
