• Reasons for Fasting:
  Ugh....fed-up of feeling fat, bloated, out of control and out of energy!

• Past Fasting Experience:
  Fasted once under duress of friend. Hell...but felt brilliant!

• Present Diet:
  Anything goes

• State of Mind:
  Blobby!

• Limitations:
  I love my food, eating is how I socialise!

• Questions:
  Got to rid myself of that 'second voice', you know, the one that says 'eat me'! But how?
