• Reasons for Fasting:
  Want to create healthy habits that keeps me in check with food and excersice, also as a preventive measure for any kind of illnesses and spiritual renewal.

• Past Fasting Experience:
  I have fast one day a week for seven months now, ann occasional three day water fast, this is my first 14 day water fast, hope can make it to the end, its been challenging!!!!
