• Doing 3 days of Other. Starting October 18, 2010

• Reasons for Fasting:
  Lose weight, get rid of depression,

• Past Fasting Experience:
  Did juice fast for 40 days about 8 years ago,

• Present Diet:
  Indian curry food made fresh, some junk food and coffee.

• Limitations:
  I have been drinking about 1 litre of carrot juice for about 2 weeks now and having 1 meal every evening , have a 2 pint enema every 3 days in preparing for a juice fast, have been looking for help and company on the net, I think I have found it now, plan to start fast in about 1 weeks time.
