Colonics
January 21, 2008
Most people are in shock with the thought of 5 gallons of water being flushed through their colon with a person standing over you massaging your stomach. Yet, it has proven benefits to health. An enema will only flush a few quarts through you intestine and never is 100% effective unless you are on a longer juice fast but a colonic totally cleans you out.
Colonic irrigation is a procedure for removing waste and toxins from the bowel also known as colonic hydrotherapy. It can help remove hardened fecal matter impacted on the colon wall and remove worms or parasites living in your intestine.
Here are some picture of fecal matter removed through colonic irrigation.
…………It is estimated that the average person will have 5 - 15 pounds (2 - 7 kilograms) of waste matter impacted on the colon wall, built up over years of eating heavy foods requiring mucus secretion to protect the stomach and colon resulting in an increase of toxins though parisites.
An impacted colon can cause:
- Acne, psoriasis and other skin problems.
- Asthma, allergies, persistent runny nose and colds,
- Anxiety, depression and irritability
- Bladder Infections, bloated stomach and wind
- Candida
- Cellulite
- Chronic fatigue syndrome
- Constipation and indigestion
- Colon Cancer
- Colon Diseases
- Fluid retention
- Food allergies
- Halitosis (bad breath)
- Headaches and sinus problems
- Haemorrhoids
- Insomnia
- Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
- Lethargy
- Menstrual problems, pre-menstrual syndrome
- Poor memory
- Weakened immune system
Benefits of Colonic Irrigation
Colonic irrigation, fasting with and enema, and a change in diet to more high fiber foods, and more fruits and vegetables in the diet may help to reduce the symptoms listed above by clearing out the impacted waste matter and enabling the colon to function effectively again.
IMPORTANT: It is important to have you intestinal bacteria replaced after a colonic.

Hi joymag,
The closest thing you will get to a colonic in the Philippines is walking down Colon Street in Cebu. Colonic irrigation may not exist here. Best is to buy an enema from the USA and get it shipped but you may get lucky in a pharmacy of a larger city.
