Proposed Fasting Method: Drinking at least 3 litres of water a day 4 cups of organic green tea or less, some times 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar is added to my water.
Past Fasting Experience: I have attempted fasts and have usually stopped within 14 days or less. I have struggled so much and want to change my life.
Present Diet: Water and green tea (sometimes I add applr cider vinegar to my water).
Relevant Medical History: none
Present Medical Problems: Fatigue, depression (not medically diagnosed but because of over eating and bad diet), back pain (due to a car accident last year 2009 September)
State of Mind: Content and determined

Day 2 of my fast.Feeling good so far.I am drinking green tea and adding two teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar to my water.Yesterday did a 1hour walk at the park.Hopefully will do one today despite my sprained ankle…well,maybe or maybe not.
I forgot to say I am down a pound today too. 196 lbs.
