  • Doing 20 days of Water Fasting. Starting December 31, 2010

  • Reasons for Fasting:
    Would like to make fresh start in new year and make 20 days fast. Then continue on raw vegan diet( or 80/10/10). Dont want to do just fast, lose some weight ..and get back where i was before.Want take this fast as total change of my life style. As i didnt fast much before , i think 20 days is optimal for my body to detox and clean out of toxins. Aswell would like to lose weight from mine 143 to 120lbs. Not sure that much weight would go down in 20 days fast as its 23 lbs. Would call my metabolism slow... So will be thankfull for any advices and helps in my fast journey

    4 day water fast in past

  • Present Diet:
    vegetarian , vegan ,...lately cravings for not healthy vegetarian meals and sugary stuff. Aswell bad habit in eating very late evening.

    none

    Excited

  • Questions:
    I see how other ppl loosing weight quickly on their fasts , specialy in first days. I am now on day 2 And my weight didnt move at all.. Am i doing something wrong?
