Reasons for Fasting:
Impulsive behaviors with food (especially junk food), weight loss, and eating disorders (bulimia ~ have been bulimic free for 31 days), but once I stopped I was still craving all sorts of bad foods that I think will lead to me binging and purging again.Past Fasting Experience:

Is a fruit and veggie fast ok to do?
Hi, From what you say I think a juice fast combined with a small veggie meal per day is an excellent idea. The large volume of fresh fruit and veg juice will provide you with all the Organic sugars, vitamins, trace minerals etc plus Living Enzymes to feed you effectively, thus reducing many cravings.
Cravings and binge eating junk foods are a sign of malnutruition, meaning that the nutrient quality and quantity of junk food is so poor that it cannont feed the trillions of cells that make up you , therefore you must consume vast quantities to feed your body. The body is still crying out to be fed properly and this malnutrition results in many physical and emotional disorders.
