• Doing 40 days of Juice Fasting. Starting October 8, 2011

• Reasons for Fasting:
  Health reasons and some weight loss...detoxing from the toxins in this county

• Past Fasting Experience:
  This is about my 10th long fast..it has really helped some health issues I have had and I have kept weight off!

• Present Diet:
  Vegetarian 100% Vegan 90% Lots of juice and raw foods

• Supplements:
  some Vit B and C Spirolina

• Present Medication or Drug Usage:
  none

• State of Mind:
  cool- look forward to how I feel on a fast

• Limitations:
  I have to work full time and keep up my exercise routine

• Questions:
  Any success with tremors or getting rid of lead and other heavy metals?
