Doing 8 days of Juice/Water Fasting. Starting December 25, 2010
Reasons for Fasting:
weight loss 20-25 pounds overweight could be more depending on what is normal curing Keraticonus (eye degeneration) cannot sleep well; have severe sleep apnea, cannot tolerate a CPAP machine anxiety to do certain things that is risking my business get off sugar/caffine addition severe heart burn must have ant-acids have no spiritual connection with God insane practice of eating bad, then workout, My most urgent need is to sleep!.. I cant commit to anything when always tired.I work out to clear my head from a zombie state. I wake feeling awfull some of above is related to lack of sleep which turns into laziness I have fractured several relationships -ruin many good ones..Past Fasting Experience:
I did a 4 day egg fast/juices a year ago.. I lost very little weight, but I was taking caffine from 5 hour energy bottles during the fast so I did not really do it right I was doing this for curing my eye problemsPresent Diet:
I broke my 8 day water/juice fast today Jan 2nd with lentil soup and a greek salad without cheese. It was so good..I actually felt full. I broke my fast becase I must work and be in tune tomorrow. During the 8 days, its been up and down. I had an extreme high today that it was actually uncomfortable I may continue fast with whole eggs and green juices Jan 3rd depending on how I feel and performSupplements:

I have to travel alot with my new consulting job which restricts me. I must put in the effort the next 6 months to secure permanant position I have not attended to many financial/business issues which has ruined some great opportunities. I need to clear up my personal financial objectives, goals so I can be at peace or have strong goals. I have too many hands in differrent thingsQuestions:
1/ Can I start adding eggs to my fast right away based on the description below? 2/ can I start working out right away if I add eggs to my juice diet? 3/ if I want to break the fast completely, Is it ok to eat healthy soups and salads right away? 4/ I get mixed opinions about eating whites alone. It does give you a biotin deficency. Some experts say eat the yokes only, some say eat the entire egg to get rid of the biotin problem. Is there any science behind or just opinions? I broke the fast today Jan 2nd Day 8 with Lentil soup and greek salas minus the cheese. Included where cucumbers, raw spinach, lots of tomatos, onions..with some tasty vinigrette dressing...probably bad but better than easting a burger! I plan to go back to my eggs/juice tomorrow and start working out if I get the OK from someone. I tried working out today and my heart was racing and I almost fainted in front a bunch of people - I had eaten after trying to work out
