This fasting video is well produced. Covers the concept of fasting and the negative view of the medical profession. I am curious how he did the Skype video cut our as the video and sound is very clear.

Hi Tom , This is great . I love me Michel. I think I have followed all of his fasts and he is a great inspiration to me.
Thank you for adding this interview. I am about to start my 2nd 30 day juice fast. You helped me through the last one and I thank you for that also. I did feel so much better after the last fast and lost 25 lbs but since have gained some back because I began to eat or I should say overeat. I do have a binging problem and have not been able to stop it but after the first fast I felt so in control and blessed but in time I went back to my binging. I know I do have things in my past that cause this and I do not know how to deal with them. People say “you have to deal with this and that” but I still don’t know how you go about doing that. Any ideas would be so greatly appreciated. You help so many people ,I pray God blesses you for all of your giving. Thank you again. Virginia

      Hi Happygirl
I battle compulsive eating for year. It was hell. Fasting made it worse. Read http://compulsive.ws

      Hi Happygirl
You are not alone with this problem. After fasting, lots of people fall back into the trap of overeating, i have heard so many stories, looked at video interviews.

I never hear one person say that they have joined a gym or swim, or even go long walks, to speed up their metabolism when they finish fasting, this is the first BIG MISTAKE, the second BIG MISTAKE, they make is they think?… Ok i deserve a treat after my fast?

So what happens is they go back to the foods that was a comfort!… thinking that they have now got control over the unhealthy eating habbits and fall off the wagon and back to square 1,

The Big secret is to plan ahead of your fast and book a date to join a gym, or something that you enjoy to keep fit and your metabolism high.

Remember when your fast is finished, your metabolism is slower, hence, as soon as you start to eat junk your body will store it as fat faster, but if you do exersice after the fast, then your bodys metabolism will speed up and use food more constructivly, and you will loose weight faster.
      Blessings Keith.
