Race Runner Juice with Lemon, Radish, Beet, Onion, Sweet Potatoes, Celery, and Cider Vinegar

1 lemon
2 radishes
1 beet
1 slice Spanish onion
2 sweet potatoes
1 celery stock
2 Tbs. cider vinegar
So you decide to have a short walk while on your fast. Then here is the juice for you. Take your walk with the confidence that you are the master of your universe.
Radish
Radish contains plenty of vitamins C and B6, potassium, and trace elements. Adding radish to vegetable juice will help clear sinus cavities and calm a sore throat.

Oh and could I make a request….
A few yrs back it was easy & common to find Juicing Tonic’s
These tonics were for certain aliments
They also described what each component was good for.
They were not just personal favorites – to a certain persons taste.
I am wanting to find once again which juices (ingredients) will do certain things like:
Remove hunger cravings
Help with inflammation
Boost energy
Weight loss
Remove fluids from the body
etc…
I have also read from several sources about Juicing – that Fruits are for the cleansing of the body – and – Veggies are for the building/repairing of the body
AND – the two should not be mixed
Even though the majority of them all crossed mixed carrots
And yes I know there are dozens of e.books available for the most part – but living on extreme limited income – I barely afford juicing……..

Not all too successful right now
I have been doing Mostly Carrot & celery juice.
Sometimes adding in cucumber – ginger – beet – cilantro – kale
I HOPE to be starting FULL time into this next week.
I will mix it up by doing about 40 to 64 oz of Juice – -
and 40 to 64 of the Lemon/Apple cider vinegar – Maple syrup – Cayenne pepper mix
And a fruit smoothie in the evening – for about a week or so to act as a colon cleanser – to flush the body with.
I will try to balance out UP TO a gallon of fluid per day – depending on how my body reacts – and now that it is getting warmer out (I live in the south)
I will try to start the day with Juice
Followed up the the Lemon aid drink
Finishing off the day with the Fruit smoothie
I will drop off the Fruit Smoothie with in 1 to 2 weeks
After that Liquid only
Bump…..
