Day 1
Finally I started my fast, I am starting my fast by drinking only water, if for some reason I cannot do a strict water fast, I will switch to juice fast. I need to stay very focused and keep reminding myself of all the reason I am fasting. I live with my family, so someone is always offering food.
The hardest thing I find during a water fast is falling asleep at night. I know that I will be tempted to break my fast, I just have to keep reminding myself that this is a decision I made and that this is what I want to do and this feeling is temporary and this is how I feel now and I just have to deal with it.
