    Fairly balanced diet

    I think its about time I admit am very depressed. Nothing is going well and am crying all the time which is really unlike me anyway.....

  • Limitations:
    None

    Day 1
    Am back again, from my March fast I gained back 3kgs so I have permanently lost 8. Hope to lose more and get my weight to 2 digit figure.

    Day 2
    This was the hardest day for me, I had forgotten it was my my sister’s birthday and Ihad to hold a plate of food during her party to pretend I was eating. Another day down

    Day 3
    Today I spent the day reading and sleeping and still feeling good with the decision to fast. I cant wait to weigh myself after 5 days.

    Day 4
    Another day over, today I was a little down I dont know why, also had a persistent headache but was still managed to go through with it.

    Day 5,6 and 7
    Day 5 and 6 went quite well with the exception of headaches,backaches and nausea.I weighed myself on day 6 in the morning and I weighed 100kg I have LOST 5KG! DAMN! Iam feeling great.
    Day 7
    I decided to do salt water flush this morning to relieve some of the discomfort and I feel better already.

    Day 8
    Today I vomited some yellow stuff which later was told is bile. This was new considering this is my third fast.The nausea was very horrible but after the vomiting session I feit better,Icalled my friend (the only one who knows am fasting) and he applied some lavender oil on my chest and also made me inhale it through some handkerchief and this felt so good that after half an hour I was sound asleep. Ialmost quit today but thanks to my friend…. he is a treasure.

    Hi Ann, you need to push that bile through the “other way”! Try some lemon in warm water. Milk Thistle tea is another good way. Some light exercise or walking is a good system mover. If you keep getting sick, consider switching to juice for a few days. Water fasting is tough! Good luck, Ron
