The typhoon was fun. I love a bit of adventure in my life. Minor destruction to our roads but the hydro poles got knocked over like bowling pins. Hydro wire are hanging low and the service trucks have 5 guys on the roof of the trucks pushing up the wires with sticks to get to the first of 1000 of repair points. I have been told, 5 to 7 days without power. No power means no water. So we wash with some rain water in a bucket.
I love getting back to nature. Just peace and quite in candle light.
For the newbie fasters, if you fast and pray for the people in Burma you may be surprised by the outcome.
So for now, no electicity and I am writing this with candles and a car battery with a AC transformer that sounds like Mac Truck. I will answer all you post as fast as I can. By some strange miracle I have Internet.
Typhoon 2 is a day away. MMMM more fun. When you pray for the folks in Burma you may have to pray for a guy called Tom as well.

- Jess: Hi MKJJD I hope you continue with the juice fasting and get your health up to snuff. I understand how this process can become obsessive because I feel myslef becoming that way. But I have to remember to take care of myslef and think long term about my health. I feel it will be a long...
- Tom Coghill: Hi MK Yea, to me about 2 days of dry fasting is enough. I can’t see the value in pushing dry fasting past that maybe 3 at the very most. It it certainly could have damaged your body. You should read from my site http://compulsive.ws it will help you get your metal relationship...
- MKJJD: Hi Jess I am doing okay but my doctor said that fasting messed my body up really bad but I think it was the 6 dry fast that messed my body up not the 53 day juice/water fast. Hey Tom
Hope things shape up for you down there.
I just wanted to catch up with you..I am back from my week in the mountains on vacation and it was extremely hard not to eat with my family but I didnt. Today is day 20 of my fast and im still going strong I feel good so I am going to continue and go for 30 days..I have more to lose still.
Im am really scared to eat..and worried I will gain what ive lost so far.
Not quite sure how to go about eating again..I think that part will be the hardest of this long term life changing process

Hi Jess,
Great to see you made it. Yea a little scary getting ready to come back down the mountain to civilization. Those old eating patterns do not die they just sleep and when you start to eat they come back with a vengeance. My site http://compulsive.ws will help you develop a healthy mental relationship with food.
