good luck – my thoughts are with you
Thank you…i will definitely need it!
Hi Tomika, It’s “what” we eat that is unhealthful. Obviously, if you had celery and cabbage everytime you ate you wouldn’t add an ounce! Try changing ONE MEAL per day! Have plain yogurt and fruit in the morning, instead of a donut an coffee. Or, a salad with olive oil, lemon and sea salt for lunch, instead of a ham sandwich. These are just suggestions. But, I’m sure you get the message.
I’ve battled weight for many years! I love everything that is terrible for me. And it is a fight. But once you change your habits, it gets easier. I’ve had my weight stable for the last 3 years. But, I still fall off the wagon now and then…but I have changed my habits in general. Enough to keep me thin.
Here are the main culprits in weight gain: Sugar, Wheat, Dairy, Fats. If you can cut these out, or substitute them for healthy alternatives? Then hello skinny new you! Good luck with your fast! Ron
What we eat is definitely what i am learning is the key. I know i am so tired of battling my weight…and i dont want to battling it another 5 years. Do Organic Wheat flour make you gain wait?
Thanks Ron!
Hi Tomika, Look for “gluten free” products. Sprouted wheats like the “ezekiel breads” are good. Also there are rice flour products like pasta that are great! Organic doesn’t always mean “good for you”. Gluten just sludges up, and slows our system. Keep it to a minimum, or right out and you will feel lighter. Ron
